On the invitation of SHSS, Jiang Hua'an, Party Secretary of Tunchang County, Hainan province, gave a talk "Experience at the Grassroots and Growth of Youth: Face to Face with Jiang Hua'an, Party Secretary of Tunchang County, Hainan Province" on the evening of November 20, 2010. Professor Shi Zhiqin, Deputy Party Secretary of SHSS, attended the talk, and it is the first of a series of talks planned for the Forum of Local Government Officials, sponsored by SHSS, and hosted by the Communist Youth League of Graduate Students in the Humanities. More than 40 teachers and students were present.
