Academic Background
 I gained my undergraduate degree from Tsinghua University and completed my doctorate at St Antony’s College, Oxford, where I was both a Swire and a Dahrendorf Scholar. From 2019 to 2022, I held a Shuimu Postdoctoral Fellowship at Tsinghua University, before joining the History Department in 2022. 
Teaching
 I teach undergraduate courses on History of the British Isles and Academic English Writing, as well as a graduate course on Western Intellectual History.
Research Interests
 My research focuses on British intellectual history (primarily the 19th and 20th centuries), history of the British Empire, and historiography.
