关于拟给予退学处理的公告

全**同学：

清华大学拟对您作出予以退学处理，由于难于联系到您，无法直接送达本通知，特予公告送达。自本公告发出之日起，满十个工作日，即视为送达。公告内容如下：

全**，女，人文学院2020级硕士研究生，学号2020280762。

全**已于2023年6月到达最长修业年限，至今未毕业且未结业。根据《清华大学研究生学籍管理规定》（清校发〔2019〕49号）第三十二条第（四）项的规定，拟予以全**同学退学处理。

全**对此处理意见如有异议，可以在拟处理意见书送达之日起5个工作日内，向本院研究生管理部门提出书面申辩。

JEON**, Female, Master’s student,ID:2020280762, School of Humanities.

JEON**has failed to graduate or complete of study within the maximum length of the program. According to Subparagraph 4 of Article 32 of Regulations on Postgraduate Student Status Management of Tsinghua University, you will be withdrawn from the University.

If there are any objections, JEON** can submit a written defense to the postgraduate management office of the school within 5 working days of the receipt of this notice.

The written defense materials can be sent to email address rwxyyjsb@mailoa.tsinghua.edu.cn or delivered to Room 314 of the school of Humanities.
