刘**，男，人文学院历史系2013级博士研究生，学号2013380086。

刘**自2020-2021学年秋季学期始在未向学校履行任何请假手续的情况下，逾期两周未注册。根据《清华大学研究生学籍管理规定》（清校发〔2019〕49号）第三十二条第（8）项的规定，拟予以刘**同学退学处理。

刘**对此处理意见如有异议，可以在拟处理意见书送达之日起5个工作日内，向本院系研究生管理部门提出书面申辩。

KELLEY** has failed to complete the registration procedure within two weeks of the prescribed time without applying for leave since the fall semester of 2020-2021 Academic Year. According to Subparagraph 8 of Article 32 of Regulations on Postgraduate Student Status Management of Tsinghua University, he will be withdrawn from the University.

If there are any objections, KELLEY** can submit a written defense to the postgraduate management office of the school within 5 working days of the receipt of this notice.
